Encouraging friends and family is a great way to show your support of whatever they are working on. Sometimes it’s the smallest little thing that can mean so much and let them know that they aren’t alone. I’m sharing 4 quick and easy ways to encourage your friends and family.
#1 Send a Positive Quote via Text or Email – I love an inspirational quote. I know that’s obvious by this blog and my Instagram feed but I truly believe our thoughts turn into things and it’s easy for doubt and fear to stop us in our tracks but by sending a friend or family member an inspirational quote that could be the very thing that gets them to take action.
#2 Send a sweet encouraging gift – a small gift of encouragement can go a long way. Sending a friends or family member a small gift may just be the lift they need to keep pressing forward. If you need some ideas on what to send check out this post.
#3 Put an encouraging card in the mail – who doesn’t love getting a card in the mail? Sending a sweet note of encouragement will always put a smile on their faces. Don’t worry if you don’t have the words to say, there are plenty of cards that will do all the talking for you.
#4 Make a playlist & share it – Music is great for inspiring and encouraging. My running playlist on spotify is full of songs that will keep me going when I want to stop and just go get donuts. Usually that’s when Beyonce starts playing and I can go another mile or two. Share a inspirational playlist with friends to inspire them when they want to quit.
Whether it’s a big project or embarking on a new job, sending a little encouragement to friends and family will always go a long way. Want to add to this list? Leave me a comment and share some other great ways that you’ve used to encourage your friends and family.
