I’ve kept a journal since I was 8. My mom gave me this bound purple journal with lilac pages that asked me to share my day. Of course nothing deep was being shared at 8 but with that first journal, I fell in love with journaling.
I’m so glad my Mom knew that her introverted/extrovert daughter needed an outlet. From that first journal and every year to follow, I’d fill the pages of my journals with my thoughts, dream, hopes, sadness and heartbreak. It was through journaling that I was able to discover my voice and I’m so thankful for this gift my Mom gave to me.
When I was dreaming up this journal collection, I wanted to create journals that allowed you to put your thoughts and heart on paper. What better place to do that than with a Gratitude Journal? Here’s a peek at the cover (I’m in love with this cover!)
The Gratitude Journal is all about allowing you to focus on the people, experiences and more that you’re grateful for. This journal is broken up into three sections allowing you to express gratitude, writing down people and things you’re praying or meditating on and a space to capture your thoughts. I wanted this journal to not only be easy to use but also give you a helpful guide to share your thoughts. I know that sometimes a blank page can be daunting for any of us and I wanted this journal to remove that feeling and make it easier for you to share what you’re grateful for.
In contrast to the Gratitude Journal is the Daily Journal. Here’s a peek at this cover.
The Daily Journal is a sweet and simple journal with prompts that guide you in capturing the sweet snippets you want to remember from your day. This journal is perfect if you’re new to journaling or want a format that helps you to share all the great things that happened to you that day. While the questions are the same everyday, it’s the thoughts you share that will be different and with each day you’re building a memory you can look back on.
These 100-day journals are coil bound, with thick text weight paper so you’re favorite pen doesn’t bleed through. These journals are the perfect size to take with you or to leave on your nightstand ready to capture your thoughts for the day.
Next week I will share more about the Happiness and Daily Prompt journals. Right before the launch, I will share the inside pages and a full cover reveal that you don’t want to miss!
