Sometimes the hardest part of starting a habit is figuring out what types of habits to set and then knowing where to start. Well, the best way to discover the right habits for you, is with your goals.
Think about the goals you’ve set and the action items you’ve made and use that as your guide. Yes, I know it’s March and I also know it’s not too late to start a new habit.
While our goals are a great place to get ideas for habits we can start, if we’re all being honest, we already have an idea of the habits we’d like or need to start. But if you’re searching for a little inspiration, here are 4 areas to think about.
- Self Care/Self Love
- Personal Growth
The habits you create should revolve around your personal and/or professional goals. Don’t make it complicated because if you do, you won’t be inspired to keep up that habit. Start small like drinking 8 glasses of water daily, make your bed daily, take vitamins, or reading or journaling every night.
Whatever habits you choose keep them aligned with your goals and if you’re looking for some inspiration, I’ve created a printable that I hope inspires some idea of some good habits to start this year.
