The Guided Journal collection is in the middle of Pre-Orders but if you have been thinking about getting a journal but still have a few questions, this post is for you. I created a brief Q&A in hopes that I can answer some of your questions.
Q. Who are these journals for?
A. These journals were designed for women to share their hearts on paper. Whether you journal everyday or want to start journaling the guided journal collection is a great place to start. I also learned through my teenage niece that the Daily Thoughts journal is a hit with this age group too.
Q. How do I use these journals?
A. The beauty of these journals is that they’re guided. The journals have prompts you can answer making it easier for you to share your thoughts and expressing gratitude or cultivating happiness each day.
Q. Do you have a favorite pen you use?
A. I love Le Pens and Pilot V5 extra fine pens too. When I was testing paper for these journals I brought a bunch of different pens with me to the printer and marked on paper to make sure that your pens don’t bleed through. The added bonus is that the paper for these journals is also a great texture to ensure that pens write smoothly too.
Q. Why are these journals designed to be used for 100 days?
A. I wanted these journals to be something consistent for you and something you could truly incorporate into your daily routine.
Q. What’s your favorite Journal?
A. I don’t have a favorite. I really do love all of them because each one is so different. But if you’re debating between which one to get, I hope you get all of them, but here’s a brief breakdown of what journal may suit you best.

This journal is perfect because it allows you to share those things that make you happy and over time you will find yourself looking for ways to add those things into your day. Plus it has a fun Happy List where you can write down all the things you want to do in hopes that they don’t just stay on a list but that you get out and do them.
