October is when I first started sharing journal prompts. I’m so happy that I could share new journal prompts each month. Journaling is such a beneficial practice. Taking time at the start or the end of your day to journal is beneficial to our mental well being. If you’re looking to start journaling or need prompts to inspire your journaling practice, that’s where the prompts come in. Use these prompts each day to start journaling. As you get comfortable, continue to use all of the prompts or just a few. The whole purpose for these prompts is to make journaling a little easier.
