Order Processing & Delivery
SPS will work to process your order as quickly as possible. For orders that do not include personalization, please allow for 5 to 7 business days to receive your order. For personalized items please allow for 10 to 14 business days for your order to be shipped to you. Orders that include both personalized and non-personalized items will also be processed by the 10 to 14 business day timeframe.
All orders are mailed out of the SPS Studio using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Alternate shipping methods including express mail will be used when requested and additional charges will be added to order balance. Once your order has shipped an email notification will be sent to you that includes the expected delivery date.
To cancel your order please contact us immediately. All orders that involve any customization will incur charges based on the status of your order when your cancellation request was received.
Refunds & Returns
SPS does not accept returns for customized items. If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know and we will work with you to create a satisfactory solution.
SPS accepts payments through Paypal.
All orders from North Carolina will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.
Orders & Customization
If you would like to make a change to your order send us an email detailing your desired change. Any changes to color or fonts used on your custom order after your proof is approved will result in additional charges. If your order is already in production changes to your order cannot be made.
It is very important that you carefully review your digital proof and make sure all names dates and locations are accurate and spelled out correctly. Once your order is approved, that is what SPS sends to the printer. If an error is identified after the final proof is received, additional cost will be incurred by the customer to correct the issue. If the mistake is made by SPS we will fix the error and incur the printing cost.
