It doesn’t have to be big it can be something small like check out a new coffee shop or breakfast spot. Try out a new workout spot that you’ve been curious about. Visit a different part of your city and spend the day exploring.
By changing up the routine, we learn something about the city we live in but by trying something new we also learn a more about ourselves too. The biggest benefit to trying something new is we get outside our comfort zone and we discover something new that we wouldn’t have ventured to find otherwise.
