Happy First weekend of November. While I can’t believe it’s November, I am exited about the holidays. As we move into the holiday season, self care is so key. Our schedules get busy and despite all the holiday cheer, this season can be a stressful time of year. Because of that, it’s always great to keep focus on the good. So today’s self care tip is all about journaling and making a list of what you’re grateful for.
In a journal, notebook or on a piece of paper, write down a list of 10 things you’re grateful for right now. Once you have that list, pin it up somewhere you can easily reference as a sweet reminder of all the good happening right now.
