I’ve said before that self care isn’t just what you do for yourself but also about what you do for others. This weeks self care tip is a special one and aligns perfectly with Thanksgiving next week. And that is to give back. Spend time this holiday helping out at one of your favorite charity organizations. If you’re hosting Thanksgiving or a Friendsgiving dinner, ask guest to bring non-perishable foods that can be donated to a food bank.
