I know the last few Self Care Tips have been longer post than what is normally shared. This weeks tip is more like the previous tips and it’s pretty simple and fun. This weeks tip is to create a bucket list for 2019.
I know January is almost over but there is still a lot of year left so take some time today and write out your bucket list for the year. It can include trips you want to take, sites you want to see, things you want to do with your friends. Once you finish your list. Schedule these things in your calendar so you can have some pre-scheduled fun to look forward to.
