This weeks self care tip is all about giving yourself compliments. One of the things I shared in the blog post on ways to practice more self love is by giving yourself a compliment. So today’s tip is a challenge to do just that. Make a list of 10 things you love about yourself.
If you would like to extend the compliments to more than just today, make it a fun 7 to 30 day challenge. Use post it notes or pieces of paper and find a space in your home, like a bathroom mirror or even a cork board and post one thing you love about yourself each day.
