Today’s tip is making a list of habits you would like to start doing. Whether it’s drinking more water, working out more, journaling, eating healthier, make your list all about what is good and beneficial for you.
While it may not seem like it, creating good habits is also great for our self care. One tip, as you’re making your list don’t get overwhelmed by thinking you have to tackle these all at once, start small with just one and add over time.
