Since the theme of the month is wellness, I thought I’d focus this month’s self care tips on just that. While self care is a form of wellness, this months tips are going to focus on mind, body and soul. Today’s tip is all about our body and keeping it healthy so why not try out a new healthy recipe.
As a girl who loves cake, queso and tacos, I know these indulgent meals can’t happen everyday and I make a point to mix in a lot of healthy meals so I can enjoy all my favorite foods without any guilt. So if you don’t already have a few healthy go to recipes, check out my Pinterest board for a little inspiration.
One more tip. When looking for healthy recipes, see if you can find one that is a healthier version of a dish you already love. It will make trying something new a lot easier.
