This weeks self care tip is a fun challenge. Over the next 7 days, I’d like to challenge you to do something to boost your spirit, and overall self. It’s an “I Am” challenge. You can do this with post it notes, a journal or a notebook. Each day write down five I Am statements about yourself.
If you use post it notes or pieces of paper, post them up on a wall or bulletin board each day and at the end of the challenge reflect on those words you chose and why they resonated with you.
This is just a great way to give ourselves a boost and to also remember who we are. So let’s start today and I’ll share my first five.
I AM. Worthy
I AM. Blessed
I AM. Loved
I AM. Successful
I AM. Creative
Don’t worry if this is a challenge at first, it’s not always easy to say these things about ourselves and if it’s a challenge don’t worry about that, give yourself grace and keep going it will get easier.
