This weeks blog post were focused on the mind and I shared all the things about meditation. Well today’s self care tip is putting some action behind those blog post and start meditating. Check out the last post for ideas on how to get started and for some helpful resources to get you started.
One thing to remember is that meditation is all about you so go at your own pace and do what works for you. Use the apps and everything else as a guide but make it your own, you’re more inspired to stick with it if you do.
