I’m so happy it’s August because July kicked my butt. It could have been because mercury was in retrograde or because July was just hard, either way I’m glad we’re in a new month. To start fresh, this weeks self care tip is all about celebrating all the things that make us happy.
I want to challenge myself and you if you’re game that for the next 30, 15 or 7 days we keep a Happiness List. Each day write down 10 things that made you happy that day. It can range from someone doing something nice for you to something that brought a smile to your face. Yes, if you happen to treat yourself, write that down it counts 🙂 . Use a notebook, journal or you can use this fun printable I created. Just download and print it out as many as you need and get started. You can also include friends and family too.
At the end of your challenge look back on all the things you wrote down to see all the little moments and memories you now have.
