Is it that pile of laundry?
Maybe it’s the dishes in the sink?
Or is it organizing the pantry or your closet?
Whatever it may be, this weeks self care tip is to do the chore or task you’re avoiding.
I know this tip is a little unconventional when it comes to self care. But when you think about it, doing these chores and/or task we’re avoiding is another way that we care for ourselves. Self care isn’t just about the fun or relaxing things we do it’s also the chores and task that are part of each day that also matter to our self care.
Those daily or weekly task may be the one thing we hate doing. But when we do the chores/ task instead of avoid them we give ourselves more time to do what we want to do instead of what we have to do.
