One thing I love is movies and one of my frequently used self care practices is to go to a movie or watch one at home. If I’m watching a movie at home, I do it up and make it a marathon (like Harry Potter or rom coms) and I pop popcorn and turn off all distractions and just watch the movies.
Today’s self care tip isn’t just about movies, but it’s really about you doing something you love doing this weekend. It could be watching a movie, checking out an outdoor market, visiting your favorite museum, going for a hike or hanging with your friends or family. Whatever it is doesn’t matter as long as it’s something that brings you joy.
